DELIVERY
We can only deliver to Isle of Man addresses. Any orders placed for delivery off island will be cancelled and refunded.
We offer local doorstep deliveries island wide.
Local doorstep delivery - £3.95 or FREE on orders over £50.
Worried about not being in? No need! We're happy to leave your plant in a safe place. In the shed, under the red bin, with a neighbour, wherever suits you! Just leave us a note at the checkout.
We make deliveries every Wednesday and Saturday, your preferred day can be selected from the drop-down menu at the checkout. If neither of these days work for you, please do get in touch and we'll see if we can arrange something :)
COLLECTION
Collections are free of charge - our base is located in St John's. The collection method can be chosen at check out.
If you need to collect your order at a specific time, please contact us at greenvelvethouseplants@gmail.com before completing your order, to make sure we can accommodate your preferred collection time.
The collection address is shown on your order confirmation and we will contact you once we receive your order to arrange a mutually convenient time for you to pick up your order.

RETURNS
We hand package and hand deliver all of our plants and take extra care to get them to you safely. However, if you're not happy with your plant please don't hesitate to contact us.
If you do have any issues, please send us a photo within 24 hours of receiving your plant and we'll be happy to help you out with your issue.
If any plant has been repotted or a cutting has been taken then we are not able to accept returns.
Unfortunately, we can't offer identical plant exchanges as every plant is unique in its own way, but we will endeavour to get any issues resolved quickly!
