This species has oval shaped, tiny leaves with a cool pattern on top. Due to these looks, the Dischidia Ovata is also called the Dischidia Watermelon, since the foliage looks like small watermelons,how awesome is that?

- Light: Bright to medium indirect light. Tolerates lower light conditions. Does not like too much full sun.
- Watering: Allow the potting mix to dry out but not completely. Shrivelling leaves are an indication that the plant is thirsty!
- Temperature: Average to warmer temperatures.
- Pets: Not troublesome if ingested. The milky sap may irritate skin however.

We make deliveries every Wednesday and Saturday, your preferred day can be selected in the drop-down menu at the checkout. If neither of these work for you, get in touch and we'll see if can arrange something. Likewise, if you would like a plant to be delivered as a gift on a day other than Wednesday or Saturday, please get in touch and we'll see what we can do!
