Hoya wayetii is part of the Apocynaceae family and is native to the Philippines. The leaves are narrow and thick with dark leaf margins. Variegation is splashes of pink and creamy yellow. Blooms are said to have a scent of honey.
A beautiful trailing plant to cascade down off shelves and cupboards, or growing up as a vine up to 1 metre high, with sweet scented flowers and good air purifying qualities.
It is a succulent, so adept at storing water in its plump, colourful leaves, it does not need much watering. Super low maintenance and tolerant of lower light levels. They are also air purifiers removing air pollutants from your home.

- Light: Thrives in bright indirect light but tolerant of lower light levels. (Too much strong direct sunlight such as south facing window-sills would scorch the leaves).
- Watering: Not too frequent – allow soil to dry out before re-watering
- Humidity: A junglist at heart, so prefers humid environments so perfect for bathrooms and kitchens but is also tolerant of normal humidity.
- Pets: the sap is an irritant so keep away from pets & children

We offer local doorstep deliveries island wide.
Worried about not being in? No need, we're happy to leave your plant in a safe place. In the shed, under the red bin, with a neighbour, wherever suits you! Just leave us a note at the checkout.
We make deliveries every Wednesday and Saturday, your preferred day can be selected in the drop-down menu at the checkout. If neither of these work for you, get in touch and we'll see if can arrange something. Likewise, if you would like a plant to be delivered as a gift on a day other than Wednesday or Saturday, please get in touch and we'll see what we can do!
